Set up in 2018, the Department of International Medical Services is intended to render premium medical care services to its patients in line with the ethical values of “virtues, prudence, innovation and excellence”. Accredited as the second volume of international medical service demonstration units in Ningbo, the department is serving foreigners, high-end commercial medical customers who have contracted medical insurance at home and abroad, and key high-level talents in Ningbo. The Department of International Medical Services features an independent consultation space, beautiful and comfortable setting, equipped with highly qualified medical team with proven international medical service levels, and renders medical care services including routine outpatient services, medical examination, health consultation to domestic and foreign patients. The accessible service flow including medical consultation booking, claiming of registration number, preferred consultation pass, medical examination, and follow-up visit is directed by medical staff; the insurer-supported settlement service is rendered to those contracted patients; the English translation services of medical records and examination review are also available to our patients. The registration fee for international VIP and contracted VIP clinics is RMB 500/ person.
